Chef Reynold, with 40 years of experience and training from the Culinary Institute of New York, expertly trains our dietary managers and chefs on how to turn ordinary food into meals that look and taste extraordinary.

The secret to his culinary genius is highlighting southern flavors and cooking techniques that residents grew up with and used themselves – reminding them of cherished traditions and family recipes.


Chef Reynold, Eastridge’s talented Dietary Manager, and our passionate culinary staff, ensure that a dash of soul and a pinch of Cajun love go into every dish made for a truly memorable dining experience. This means residents enjoy crawfish étouffée and gumbo made from scratch, soups from homemade broths, and pureed foods plated like they’re works of art.


In addition to every day dining, Eastridge often holds special gourmet-inspired tasting and food-pairing events in the dining room. Some of the most popular events include wine and sushi pairings or deconstructed waffles.


At Eastridge, the ultimate restaurant-style dining experience is merely a short walk from our resident suites.
