Live Cajun Music That’s Local And Soulful
Our signature Cajun Fest music program is beloved among all residents. The passion for all Cajun culture, and especially Cajun music, is prevalent throughout the Eastridge community. We even have three residents in the Cajun Music Hall of Fame.
Residents enjoy live concerts from different musicians, usually with a Cajun French background about three times a month. As the perfect afternoon pick-me-up and community bonding experience, feel-good melodies fill the community with an uplifting spirit that’s contagious to all.

Our residents experience many benefits from Cajun Fest, including increased mobility, improved mood, and a higher quality of life. We’ve seen residents engage with the music in different ways. Those who are capable will sit or stand up to dance and some will sing along while others listen quietly as they get lost in the sweet rhythm of a live guitar or saxophone.
